In short: Fruit Slicer is free. One purchase unlocks all the games in the place you bought it. Play with room around you, and stop if anything hurts.
Who we are
Off the Couch is made by Yonatan Ohana, who publishes games as Cuz Games. You can reach us at yonatan@yo-software.com.
The games
Off the Couch is a set of games you play by moving in front of a camera. Fruit Slicer is free. "Unlock all games" is a one-time purchase that opens every game, including new games added later. It is not a subscription.
Where you buy
- In the browser: our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
- In an app: the purchase is made through the app's store (for the Mac app, Apple's Mac App Store), and that store's terms apply.
Each place keeps its own purchase: buying in the browser opens the games in the browser, and buying in the Mac app opens them in the Mac app.
Prices
The price is shown before you buy: $7.99 in the United States. Other countries may see a local price, and sales tax or VAT is added where the law requires it.
Play safely
You play by moving your whole body. Before you play, clear about 2 metres around you and mind furniture, pets and little ones. Stop if anything hurts or you feel dizzy. Children should play with an adult nearby. You play at your own risk: as far as the law allows, we are not responsible for injuries or damage that happen while playing.
Using the games
The games are for your own personal use. Please don't copy, resell or share the game files, or unlock paid games without buying them. If you'd like to use the games in a business, write to us.
No promises beyond the law
We work to keep the games running well, but we can't promise they will work on every computer, camera or browser, or without breaks. As far as the law allows, the games are provided as they are. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms when the games change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
